Reservation procedure

a) By mail
Contact us by phone to verbally confirm your reservation.
We will offer you a reservation-option with a firm time-limit.
Send us the rental contract accompanied by your deposit of 25% in order to confirm your reservation.
Administrative charges are of 19 €.
Reservations only become effective after confirmation by our reservation services and payment by the tenant of a deposit and booking fee.

Camping-rules and "deposit"

The balance for the period of occupation should be paid on the day of arrival (credit cards, bank checks, holiday-checks, cash).
For rental accommodations, a guarantee deposit of 150 € should be paid by the tenants that will be returned to them on the day of departure after a premises check and an outgoing inventory is found to be correct. Should this not be the case, the following sums will be deducted from the guarantee deposit:
- The value of any missing items
- A fixed sum for premises considered not to have been properly cleaned.
- The amount of any repairs for damage for which the visitor is responsible.


Conditions for rental accommodation

In the event that no written message are received from the camper specifying that he is deferring the date of arrival, the camping place or accommodation rented will become available 24 hours after the date of arrival specified in the rental contract, and full payment for all service provisions will become payable.
The company "Camping du Soleil" has the right to modify your pitch's number in case of an organizational need.
The rental fee includes: accommodation rental, utility costs (water, gas, electricity, up to a limit of 200 kW per week), access to the reception area, heated swimming pool (between the dates it is open), game areas and entertainment activities (if programmed) except tennis and mini-golf.
The visitor's tax of 0.45 € per day and per person (+16) is due between the 1st of April and the 31st of October 2009.


Domestic animal

One small dog is accepted in the Camping's accommodations. Usually it is admitted when you are able to prove his vaccinations and it will imply an extra-cost.
Unfortunately we do not admit Pit-bull or Rottweiler.
Dogs must be kept on the leash and never be left alone in the rental accommodations.


Cancellation

If the cancellation is due to the camper
- Less than 30 days before the scheduled arrival, the deposit and administrative charges are reimbursed
- More than 30 days before the scheduled arrival, only administrative charges are reimbursed
You must provide the camping's management with a written message in order to cancel your reservation.
If the cancellation is due to "Camping du Soleil"
- The amount already paid will be paid back except if act of god.
No reduction/reimbursement will be considered in the event of late arrival or early departure except in case of an accident or illness if presenting a medical certificate.


Insurance

The "Camping du Soleil" declines all responsibilities in case of damage due to falling tree-branches, storm or theft. Every camper must subscribe to his own insurance for tents, caravans or camping cars (general liability insurance).


Campsite rules

Every camper is expected to comply with the campsite rules as well as fully accept them. If you want to read the detailed version of the "Campsite riles", it is available on demand.
NB : There are administrative charges for bookings from 7 nights + as well as for the camping in high-season, during July and August.
According to the prefect's decree gas-/ or electric barbecues are allowed but carbon-barbecues are forbidden.
